Using it next to your accounting software

This tool does not connect to QuickBooks or send invoices into it. If you keep your books in accounting software, you would record the invoice there yourself. For one-off or quick invoices, this is often faster.

No. It is an independent free invoice tool. It makes a similar kind of invoice, but it is not made by, connected to or endorsed by QuickBooks.
Can I import the invoice into QuickBooks?
There is no direct import. You can download the invoice as Excel or CSV and enter the details in your accounting software yourself.
