Printable Invoice Template

Fill in the invoice below, download the PDF and print it. You can choose A4 or US Letter paper in the settings, so nothing is cut off.

Printing an invoice

  1. Choose the paper size in the settings (A4 or Letter).
  2. Download the PDF and open it in your PDF viewer.
  3. Print at 100 percent, not Fit to page, so the margins stay as they are.
  4. Sign it if you like, and keep a copy for your records.

A paper invoice book

Questions

Does it fit on one page?
A short invoice does. A long list of lines continues on a second page.
Can I print a receipt instead?
Yes: see the printable receipt template.
