How the builder works
- Add who the invoice is from and who it is for.
- Add each item with a quantity and a rate; the totals are worked out as you type.
- Add tax or a discount if you need one.
- Choose a look, add your logo, and download the PDF.
What you can change
- The look and layout, from the template gallery
- Your logo and accent colour
- The labels, such as Invoice, Bill to or Amount due
- The notes and payment details at the bottom
Keep the invoice correct

- Yes. Build and download invoices with no signup. The free PDF carries a small credit line that Pro removes.
- Can I download my invoice as Word or Excel?
- Yes. Under Download PDF there are buttons for Word, Excel and CSV files built from the same figures.
