Edit it online

  • Click any field and type; the totals update as you go
  • Rename the labels, such as Invoice or Bill to
  • Add or remove lines, tax and discounts
  • Change the look, font and colour

Edit it in Word or Excel

Questions

Can I edit the invoice after I download it?
Download the Word or Excel file to edit it in those programs. The PDF is meant for sending, not editing.
Is the editable template free?
Yes. Free files carry a small credit line that Pro removes.
