Word Quotation Template

Fill in the quotation below, then choose Word under “Or download as” to get a .docx file you can edit in Microsoft Word. The PDF is there too, for sending.

Download your quotation as a Word file

  1. Fill in the quotation: your details, the customer's, the work and prices, and the terms.
  2. Under the Download PDF button, choose Word.
  3. Open the .docx in Word and edit what you need.
  4. Add the validity date and an acceptance line, save a copy as a template, and send each quote as a PDF.

Word or PDF?

Send the PDF: it keeps the layout, and accidental changes to the numbers are unlikely. Keep the Word file for changes of wording.
