What a cleaning quote needs
- The property and its size or number of rooms
- What is included: rooms, windows, oven, and what is not
- One-off or regular, and how often
- Whether you bring supplies and equipment
- The price per visit or per month, and the terms
Be specific about extras
Inside the oven, the fridge and the windows are common extras. Name them as separate lines, so the base price is easy to compare.
Questions
- How do I quote a regular clean?
- Give a price per visit, and a monthly figure if the client prefers one bill. State how many visits it covers.
- Can I change the price later?
- Say in the quote how and when you review it, and give notice before any change.
