What a roofing quote covers
- The address and the size or area of the roof
- The work: repair, partial or full replacement
- Materials, with the type and quantity
- Labor, scaffolding and waste removal
- Any warranty on the work, and what is not included
Underlying damage
Rotten timber under old tiles can appear once the roof is open. Say how you will price extra repairs and that you will tell the owner first.
