After you have seen the job, a fixed plumbing quote tells the customer exactly what they will pay.
Questions
- Is an estimate binding?
- Usually not, which is the point of it, but some places have rules. Tell the customer in writing before the cost goes past it.
- Should parts be itemized?
- Yes. It shows what the money is for.
