Cleaning Estimate Template
A cleaning estimate gives the customer an expected price before a first visit. Fill it in below and download the PDF.
What it should say
- The property and its size
- What is included, and what is extra
- The expected time and the rate or price
- Whether you bring supplies
- When the price will be confirmed after you see the place
Then confirm a quote
After the first visit, a fixed cleaning quote replaces the estimate.
Questions
- Can I estimate a cleaning job without seeing it?
- Yes, as a range, and say it will be confirmed on the visit.
- Is a first visit free?
