Fill in the estimate below, then choose Word under “Or download as” to get a .docx file you can edit in Microsoft Word. The PDF is there too.
Download your estimate as a Word file
- Fill in the estimate: your details, the client's, the work and your expected costs.
- Under the Download PDF button, choose Word.
- Open the .docx in Word and add a note on what could change the price and how long the estimate holds.
- Save a copy as a template and send each estimate as a PDF.
Questions
- Can I get a Word file from this page?
- Yes. Choose Word under the Download PDF button. The free file ends with the same small credit line as the free PDF; Pro removes it.
- Why send an estimate as a PDF?
- It keeps the layout, and accidental changes to the figures are unlikely.
